The Datasensing IL1/CP-3F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a compact cubic flush mount design with dimensions of 10.3 x 28 x 16 mm, making them ideal for space-constrained environments. They operate with a supply voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc and can handle an output current of up to 300 mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED status indicator for easy monitoring of the output state.
Built to withstand harsh conditions, the IL1/CP-3F sensors boast an IP67 housing protection, ensuring complete protection against electrical damages, short-circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads. The sensors have a nominal sensing distance of 3mm and an operating distance of 0 to 2.4mm, with a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360. They offer a high switching frequency of 3kHz and maintain a repeat accuracy of less than 5% under specified conditions.
