The Datasensing IL1/CP-4A84 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. Featuring an unshielded PNP NC configuration, these sensors come with a 3-meter PVC cable and a 90° angle for versatile installation. With a compact cubic design measuring 10.3x28x16mm, they offer a nominal sensing distance of 6mm and an operating distance of 0 to 4.8mm. The sensors are optimized for various materials with correction factors for copper (0.41), aluminum (0.50), brass (0.55), and stainless steel (0.75). They maintain high accuracy with a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The sensors operate at a switching frequency of 3kHz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and offer robust protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. The housing and active head are made from durable PA material, ensuring IP67 mechanical protection and compliance with CE and IEC 60947-5-2 standards. Suitable for harsh environments, they withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
