The Datasensing IL5/AN-1A Sensors are compact and reliable inductive sensors designed for precision and durability. With a cubic flush mount design measuring 5x5x25mm, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 0.8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.65mm, making them ideal for applications requiring high accuracy. The sensors feature an NPN-NO output type with a switching frequency of up to 7kHz, ensuring quick and efficient performance.
Constructed with AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, the IL5/AN-1A sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, operating effectively in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. They are equipped with a 2m axial PUR cable for easy installation and connectivity. The sensors are protected against short circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability.
The IL5/AN-1A sensors are IP67 rated, providing excellent protection against dust and water ingress. They are also CE and cULus approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards. The sensors come with two screws for secure mounting and feature a blue LED indicator for output state visibility. With a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA, these sensors are energy-efficient and suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
