The Datasensing IL5/CN-1A Sensors are compact and reliable inductive sensors designed for precision and durability. With a cubic size of 5x5x25 mm, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 0.8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.65mm, making them ideal for proximity detection in various industrial applications. The sensors feature an NPN-NC output type and are equipped with a 2m axial PUR cable for easy installation. Constructed with AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, the IL5/CN-1A sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 protection against dust and water ingress. They are designed to operate efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection for enhanced safety and reliability. The sensors boast a high switching frequency of up to 7kHz and a repeat accuracy of less than 5%, ensuring precise and consistent performance.
