The Datasensing IL5/CN-3A Sensors are compact and robust inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a cubic flush mount design measuring 5x5x25mm, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm. They are equipped with an NPN-NC output type and a switching frequency of up to 7kHz, making them ideal for high-speed applications. The sensors feature a durable AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, ensuring long-lasting performance even in challenging environments.
The IL5/CN-3A sensors are protected against short circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads, with an IP67 protection degree for resistance to dust and water. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 100mA. The sensors also include a blue LED indicator for output state visibility and are supplied with two screws for easy installation.
Designed to withstand temperatures from -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international standards.
