The Datasensing IL5/CP-1A Sensors are compact and robust inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. With a cubic flush mount design measuring 5x5x25mm, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 0.8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.65mm. They feature a PNP-NC output type and are equipped with a 2m axial PUR cable for easy installation. The sensors are constructed with durable AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments with an IP67 protection rating.
These sensors are engineered to handle a wide range of materials with specific correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. The IL5/CP-1A sensors are equipped with a blue LED indicator for output state, and they include comprehensive protection features such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Designed to withstand temperatures from -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are ideal for industrial applications requiring high precision and reliability. They come with supplied accessories, including two screws for secure mounting, and comply with CE and IEC 60947-5-2 standards for EMC compatibility.
