The Datasensing IL5/CP-3A Sensors are compact and robust inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. With a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring high accuracy and reliability. The cubic flush mount design measures 5x5x25mm, making it suitable for tight spaces. Constructed with AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, the sensor is built to withstand harsh environments, operating efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C.
The IL5/CP-3A features a PNP-NC output type with a switching frequency of up to 7kHz, ensuring quick response times. It operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. The sensor is equipped with a blue LED indicator for output state, and it includes comprehensive protection features such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads.
The sensor's IP67 protection degree ensures it is dust-tight and water-resistant, making it suitable for industrial environments. It comes with a 2m axial PUR cable for easy installation and connectivity. The IL5/CP-3A is CE and cULus approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and is resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with two screws for secure mounting, this sensor is a reliable choice for your sensing needs.
