The Datasensing IL8/AN-3F Sensors are precision-engineered cubic inductive sensors designed for reliable proximity detection. With a compact 8x8x59mm form factor, these sensors feature a sensing head positioned at the top, making them ideal for applications requiring precise detection in confined spaces. They offer a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm, ensuring accurate performance with a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360.
Constructed with robust AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, operating efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The IL8/AN-3F Sensors are equipped with NPN output type and NO output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 5kHz. They are designed with multiple protective features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and reliability in various industrial settings.
The sensors are shielded for flush mounting and feature an M8 plug connection for easy installation. With a blue LED indicator for output state, they provide clear visual feedback. Certified with CE and cULus approvals and compliant with IEC 60947-5-2 for EMC compatibility, these sensors offer high performance with a degree of protection rated at IP67, making them suitable for use in environments subject to shocks and vibrations.
