The Datasensing IL8/CN-1A Sensors are compact and efficient inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. With a cubic 8x8 mm design and a top-mounted sensing head, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm. They are equipped with an NPN-NC output type and feature a 2m axial PUR cable for easy installation. The sensors are constructed with durable AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, ensuring robust performance in various environments. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc and support a switching frequency of up to 5kHz. The IL8/CN-1A sensors are designed with multiple protective features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, making them reliable for industrial applications. They are IP67 rated for mechanical protection and can withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. Additionally, the sensors are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international standards.
