The Datasensing IL8/CP-1F Sensors are compact, high-performance inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. With a cubic 8x8 mm design and a top-positioned sensing head, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm. They are equipped with a PNP-NC output type and feature a robust M8 plug connection for easy integration. Constructed from durable AISI303 stainless steel, the sensors are shielded for enhanced protection and are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
These sensors boast a high switching frequency of up to 5kHz and are capable of operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They are designed to handle a load current of up to 200mA while maintaining a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA. The IL8/CP-1F Sensors are equipped with a blue LED indicator to display output state and include comprehensive protection features such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads.
Engineered to withstand harsh environments, these sensors are IP67 rated for mechanical protection and are compliant with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2. They are also resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
