The Datasensing IL8/CP-3A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring an 8x8x40mm cubic flush mount with a sensing head positioned at the top. These sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance ranging from 0 to 1.62mm, making them ideal for proximity detection. Constructed with AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, they ensure durability and resistance to harsh environments. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and NC output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 5kHz. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The blue LED indicator provides a clear output state, while the sensors are safeguarded with short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. With an IP67 protection degree, these sensors are suitable for use in challenging conditions, maintaining performance across a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The 2m PUR cable connection ensures easy installation and integration into various systems. Certified with CE and cULus approvals, the IL8/CP-3A Sensors meet EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2 and withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27.
