The Datasensing IL8/CP-3F Sensors are precision-engineered cubic inductive sensors designed for reliable proximity detection. With a compact 8x8x59mm form factor, these sensors feature a sensing head positioned at the top, making them ideal for flush mount applications. They offer a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm, ensuring accurate detection with a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and NC output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 5kHz.
Built to withstand challenging environments, the IL8/CP-3F sensors boast an IP67 protection rating, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress. They are constructed from durable AISI303 stainless steel with a PBT active head, providing robust performance across a wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are equipped with essential protective features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads.
For ease of use, the sensors feature a blue LED indicator for output state and are designed with an M8 plug connection for straightforward installation. With a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA, these sensors are energy-efficient and reliable. The IL8/CP-3F sensors are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international standards, and are compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 for electromagnetic compatibility.
