The Datasensing IL9/CN-1F Sensors are high-performance cubic inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. With a compact 8x8x59mm size and a sensing head positioned at the center, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm. They are equipped with an NPN-NC output type and feature a robust M8 plug connection. The sensors are constructed with durable AISI303 stainless steel housing and PBT active head material, ensuring reliability in demanding environments.
These sensors boast a high switching frequency of up to 5kHz and are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The blue LED indicator provides a clear output state, and the sensors are ready for use with a time delay of ? 50ms.
