The Datasensing IL9/CN-3A Sensors are precision-engineered inductive sensors designed for reliable proximity detection. Featuring an 8x8 mm cubic flush mount with a centre detection head, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm. Constructed with durable AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, they ensure robust performance in demanding environments. The sensors are equipped with an NPN-NC output type, capable of handling a load current of up to 200mA, and feature a blue LED indicator for output state visibility. With a high switching frequency of ? 5kHz and comprehensive protection features including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, these sensors are ideal for industrial applications. The 2m axial PUR cable provides flexible connectivity, while the IP67 protection rating ensures resistance to dust and water ingress. Operating efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, the IL9/CN-3A sensors are CE and cULus approved, meeting EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, and are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
