The Datasensing IL9/CN-5A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring an 8x8 mm cubic flush mount with a centre detection head. With a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 2.02mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. The sensors offer a high degree of accuracy with a repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%. They are equipped with an NPN-NC output type and can handle a switching frequency of up to 5kHz. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, they ensure low power consumption with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of up to 200mA. The sensors are built with robust AISI303 stainless steel housing and PBT active head material, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. They are protected against short circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads, making them suitable for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a 2m axial PUR cable for easy installation and feature a blue LED indicator for output state. With an IP67 protection degree, they are resistant to dust and water, and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. Certified with CE and cULus approvals, these sensors comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2 and are tested for shocks and vibrations according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
