The Datasensing IL9/CN-5F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These cubic inductive sensors feature an 8x8mm dimension with a centrally located sensing head, ensuring accurate centre detection. With a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 2.02mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. The sensors are equipped with an NPN-NC output type and offer a switching frequency of up to 5kHz, making them suitable for high-speed operations.
Constructed with AISI303 stainless steel housing and PBT active head material, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 protection against dust and water ingress. They are designed to operate efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The IL9/CN-5F sensors also feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and longevity.
With a blue LED indicator for output state, these sensors provide clear visual feedback. The M8 plug connection facilitates easy installation and maintenance.
