The Datasensing IL9/CP-3A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. Featuring an 8x8 mm cubic flush mount with a centre detection head, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm. Constructed with durable AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, they ensure reliable operation in harsh environments with an IP67 protection rating. The sensors are equipped with a 2m axial PUR cable for easy installation and connectivity.
With a PNP-NC output type, the IL9/CP-3A sensors provide a switching frequency of up to 5kHz, making them suitable for high-speed applications. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring safe and stable performance.
The IL9/CP-3A sensors are designed to withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and are compliant with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2. They also meet vibration and shock resistance standards IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27, respectively. With a blue LED indicator for output state and a time delay before availability of ? 50ms, these sensors offer reliable and efficient operation for various industrial applications.
