The Datasensing LDLU/0N-0C Sensors are advanced photoelectric luminescent scanners designed for precision and reliability. Featuring both white and ultraviolet light emission, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 12mm with STF-12 and 25mm with SFT-25, ensuring accurate detection with minimal thermal drift. The compact M18 design includes a 2m PVC cable with a 90° connection, making installation flexible and convenient.
Equipped with a multifunction LED status indicator, the sensors provide clear visual feedback with yellow for output status and green for power ON. The local and remote Teach-in function allows for easy setup and sensitivity adjustment, while the LO/DO selectable outputs and delay options enhance versatility. With a short response time of just 50 µs and a high switching frequency of 10kHz, these sensors are ideal for fast-paced environments.
Built to withstand challenging conditions, the LDLU/0N-0C Sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, and are rated IP65 for dust and water resistance. The robust PBT housing and PMMA active head material ensure durability, while the sensors operate efficiently within a temperature range of -5°C to +55°C.
Additional features include a low no-load supply current of ? 40mA, a load current of ?100mA, and a leakage current of ? 10µA, making them energy-efficient. The sensors also boast a low output voltage drop of ?1.2V at Iload=100mA and are protected against impulsive overvoltage. With approvals from CE and EMC compatibility with EN 60947-5-2, these sensors are a reliable choice for various industrial applications. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts, optional focalizers STF-12 and STF-25 can be ordered separately to further enhance performance.
