The Datasensing LDLU/0P-0K Sensors are advanced photoelectric luminescent scanners designed for precision and reliability. Featuring both white and ultraviolet light emission, these sensors offer a local and remote Teach-in function for easy setup and calibration. The multifunction LED status indicator provides clear visual feedback, while the LO/DO selectable outputs and delay options enhance versatility. With a robust IP65 protection degree, these sensors are safeguarded against electrical damages and environmental factors.
The LDLU/0P-0K Sensors boast a nominal sensing distance of 12mm with STF-12 and 25mm with SFT-25, ensuring accurate detection with minimal thermal drift. The compact spot dimensions of Ø 1mm and Ø 0.8mm, respectively, allow for precise targeting. Operating on a voltage range of 10
30VDC, these sensors maintain a low no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA, with a minimal output voltage drop of ?1.2V at full load.
Engineered for high performance, the sensors feature a rapid response time of 50 µs and a switching frequency of 10kHz. They are equipped with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and longevity. The sensors are housed in durable PBT material with an M12 plug connection at a 90° angle, and the active head is made of PMMA for optimal performance.
Designed to withstand operating temperatures from -5°C to +55°C, the LDLU/0P-0K Sensors are CE approved and EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2 standards. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts, these sensors are ready for integration into various applications, with additional focalizers available for order separately.
