The Datasensing LTB/0N-0V Sensors are advanced photoelectric contrast scanners designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a white light emission, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 12mm with STF-12 and 25mm with SFT-25, ensuring accurate detection of contrast marks. With a short response time of 50 µs and a high switching frequency of 10kHz, they are ideal for fast-paced environments. The sensors are equipped with LO/DO selectable outputs and provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit and reverse polarity protection.
Constructed with a robust PBT housing and PMMA active head material, these sensors are built to withstand challenging conditions, offering an IP65 protection degree. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -5°C to +55°C, without freezing. The sensors are easy to install with a 200mm PVC cable and M12 plug connection, and come with supplied M18 x 1 nuts for secure mounting.
Additional features include LED indicators for output status and power, a low no-load supply current of ? 40mA, and a load current capacity of ?100mA. The sensors are CE approved and EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2 standards, ensuring high-quality performance and safety. Optional focalizers STF-12 and STF-25 can be ordered separately to enhance functionality.
