The Datasensing LTB/0P-0V Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise contrast mark detection. Featuring a white light emission, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 12mm with STF-12 and 25mm with SFT-25, ensuring accurate performance in various applications. The sensors boast a short response time of 50 µs and a high switching frequency of 10kHz, making them ideal for fast-paced environments. With a robust P65 protection degree, they are fully protected against electrical damages and are CE approved, ensuring reliability and safety.
The sensors are equipped with sensitivity adjustment and LO/DO selectable outputs, providing flexibility in different operational settings. They feature a compact M18 housing made of durable PBT material, with an active head crafted from PMMA for enhanced durability. The sensors are designed to withstand operating temperatures ranging from -5°C to +55°C, without freezing, and offer complete protection against short-circuits and reverse polarity.
For ease of installation, the sensors come with a 200mm PVC cable and an M12 plug, along with supplied M18 x 1 nuts. Additional accessories, such as the Focalizer STF-12 and STF-25, can be ordered separately to further enhance functionality. With LED indicators for output status and power, these sensors provide clear visual feedback, ensuring seamless integration into your system.
