The Datasensing MP1/00-0E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These sensors offer a wide range of models, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, catering to diverse sensing needs. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while the retro-reflective models feature red visible polarized light for enhanced detection accuracy. The MP models come with a right-angle optic, and the background suppression models have a fixed distance for consistent performance.
With a nominal sensing distance of 100mm and a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr, these sensors ensure stable operation. They offer a repeat accuracy of 5% and do not require sensitivity adjustment, making them user-friendly. The sensors operate on a blackground suppression principle, with a radial 90° optic position, and provide selectable NO/NC output functions with a switching frequency of 1kHz and a response time of 500µs.
Operating within a voltage range of 10
30VDC, the sensors have a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA, with a leakage current of ?10?A. The output voltage drop is ?1.2V@Iload=100mA, and they can handle a max ripple content of ?10%. Equipped with yellow LED indicators for status output, these sensors have a time delay before availability of ?200ms and feature short-circuit protection with autoreset and overvoltage protection.
Constructed with a robust PBT/PC plug housing and PMMA active head material, the sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, with an IP67 degree of protection. They are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards and are EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2. The sensors are compact, with dimensions of M18 x 1 /L =88.8 x 29.7mm, and weigh just 30g. They come with M12 plug connections and are supplied with M18 x 1 nuts for easy installation. Operating efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are CE cURus approved, ensuring compliance with international safety standards.
