The Datasensing MP4/00-0A86 Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, these sensors are ideal for short-distance applications up to 200mm. The sensor's right-angle M18 design ensures optimal placement and performance, with a radial optic position of 90°.
Equipped with a 5m plastic cable, the sensor offers flexibility in installation. It operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensor's output type is selectable between NPN/PNP and NO/NC, providing versatility for various applications. With a switching frequency of 80Hz and a response time of 6.25ms, it ensures quick and accurate detection.
The sensor is built to withstand challenging environments, with a robust PBT/PC housing and PMMA active head material, offering IP67 mechanical protection. It is resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensor includes short-circuit and overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and reliability.
Additional features include LED indicators for status output, impulsive overvoltage protection, and high resistance to external light interference, withstanding up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight.
