Datasensing MPR/00-1H Sensors

The Datasensing MPR/00-1H Sensors are high-performance photoelectric sensors designed for precise detection tasks. Featuring a right-angle M18 receiver, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 16 meters with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensors operate on a receiver function principle with a radial 90° optic position, providing flexibility with NPN/PNP selectable NO/NC output types. With a switching frequency of 30Hz and a response time of 16.66ms, they ensure quick and reliable performance. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, the sensors maintain a no-load supply current of ? 25mA and a load current of ?100mA, with a leakage current of ?10?A. The output voltage drop is minimal at ?1.2V@Iload=100mA, and the sensors can handle a max ripple content of ?10%. Equipped with red LED indicators for status output, they feature a time delay before availability of ?200ms. Built with durability in mind, the housing is made from nickel-plated brass with a PC plug, and the active head material is PMMA. The sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments with an IP67 mechanical protection rating and are approved by CE cURus standards. They are also EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2 and can endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. The sensors come with M12 plug connections and are supplied with M18 x 1 nuts for easy installation. With dimensions of M18 x 1 /L =88.8 x 29.7mm, they are compact yet robust, suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. Operating temperatures range from -25°C to +70°C, ensuring reliable performance in various conditions. Additionally, they offer short-circuit protection with autoreset, overvoltage protection, and can resist interference from external light sources up to 3000lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000lux (sunlight).
