The Datasensing MS1/00-0E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 100mm and feature a background suppression function, ensuring accurate detection even in challenging environments. With a robust construction, the sensors are housed in durable PBT/PC material and are equipped with an M12 plug for easy connectivity.
The MS1/00-0E models come with a wide range of detection capabilities, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, and through-beam detection, making them versatile for different sensing needs. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while the retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced performance. Additionally, the sensors are equipped with right-angle optics and fixed distance background suppression models for specialized applications.
Engineered for reliability, these sensors feature complete protection against electrical damage, including short-circuit protection with auto-reset and overvoltage protection. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensors also offer selectable output types (NPN/PNP) and functions (NO/NC), with a high switching frequency of 1kHz and a rapid response time of 500µs.
Designed to withstand harsh conditions, the MS1/00-0E sensors are IP67 rated for mechanical protection and are approved under CE and cURus standards. They are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards and maintain performance in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C.
