The Datasensing MS1/00-1E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These sensors offer a wide range of models, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, catering to diverse sensing needs. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while the retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced detection accuracy. Featuring a right-angle optic (MP) and fixed distance background suppression models, these sensors ensure optimal performance in complex environments. All through-beam models come equipped with a check function, providing complete protection against electrical damage. With a nominal sensing distance of 100mm and a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr, these sensors maintain high repeat accuracy of 5%. The Datasensing MS1/00-1E Sensors operate on a blackground suppression principle, with an axial optic position and a selectable output type (Decout NPN/PNP) and function (NO/NC). They offer a switching frequency of 1kHz and a rapid response time of 500µs, powered by an operating voltage of 10…30VDC. The sensors are designed to handle a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA, with minimal leakage current and output voltage drop. Built with robust materials, including a nickel-plated brass housing and PMMA active head, these sensors are durable and reliable, withstanding operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C.
