The Datasensing MS1/00-1H Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise detection with a nominal sensing distance of 100mm. Featuring a blackground suppression function, these sensors ensure reliable performance with a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensors operate with an axial optic position and offer selectable NPN/PNP output types with NO/NC functionality. With a high switching frequency of 1kHz and a rapid response time of 500µs, they are ideal for fast-paced environments. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, they maintain a low no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA. The robust nickel-plated brass housing with PC plug ensures durability, while the IP67 mechanical protection rating guarantees resilience in harsh conditions. The sensors are equipped with LED infrared emission at 880nm and are resistant to external light interference up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. Additional features include short-circuit and overvoltage protection, impulsive overvoltage protection, and compliance with EMC standards EN 60947-5-2. The sensors come with M12 plug connections and are supplied with M18 x 1 nuts for easy installation. Suitable for a wide temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are CE and cURus approved, ensuring high quality and reliability in various industrial applications.
