The Datasensing MS2/00-0A Sensors offer a versatile range of models designed to meet various detection needs, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression. These sensors are equipped with through-beam models that boast a high sensing range, while retro-reflective models feature red visible polarized light for enhanced accuracy. The right angle optic (MP) models and background suppression models with fixed distance provide additional flexibility for diverse applications. All through-beam models come with a check function and are fully protected against electrical damage, ensuring reliable performance. With a nominal sensing distance of 100mm and a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr, these sensors maintain a repeat accuracy of 5%. They operate on a diffuse reflection principle for short distances up to 200mm, with an axial optic position and selectable NO/NC output functions. The sensors support a switching frequency of 80Hz and a response time of 6.25ms, operating within a voltage range of 10…30VDC. They feature a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA, with a leakage current of ?10?A and an output voltage drop of ?1.2V@Iload=100mA. The sensors are equipped with red LED indicators for status output and offer short-circuit and overvoltage protection. Constructed with a durable PBT/PC housing and PMMA active head material, these sensors are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C without freezing. They are EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2 standards and provide mechanical protection with an IP67 rating. The sensors come with supplied accessories, including nuts M18 x 1, and are approved by CE and cURus, ensuring compliance with international safety standards.
