The Datasensing MS3/00-0E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 100mm, these sensors are ideal for short-distance applications. The MS3/00-0E model offers a wide range of detection capabilities, including retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, ensuring versatility for various industrial needs.
Equipped with a robust M12 plastic connector and an axial optic position, these sensors provide easy installation and integration. The output type is selectable between NPN/PNP and NO/NC, offering flexibility in output function. With a high switching frequency of 80Hz and a rapid response time of 6.25ms, the MS3/00-0E ensures quick and accurate performance.
Built to withstand challenging environments, the sensor features complete protection against electrical damage, including short-circuit and overvoltage protection. It operates efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ?40mA. The sensor's housing is made from durable PBT/PC material, providing IP67-rated mechanical protection against dust and water ingress.
The MS3/00-0E is designed to handle thermal drift of ?10% Sr and maintain a repeat accuracy of 5%, ensuring consistent performance. It is equipped with LED indicators for status output and can resist interference from external light sources up to 3000lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000lux (sunlight).
With dimensions of M18 x 1 /L =93mm and a weight of 30g, the sensor is compact and lightweight, making it suitable for various applications. It comes with supplied accessories, including M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver, for convenient setup.
