The Datasensing MS3/00-1A Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 100mm, these sensors are ideal for short-distance applications. The robust nickel-plated brass housing ensures durability, while the IP67 protection rating guarantees resistance against dust and water ingress. With a 2m axial PVC cable, installation is straightforward and flexible.
These sensors offer a wide range of models, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, catering to various industrial needs. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced accuracy. For applications requiring fixed distance detection, background suppression models are available.
The MS3/00-1A Sensors are equipped with a Decout NPN/PNP selectable output type, allowing for NO/NC configuration. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ? 40mA. The sensors are designed to withstand thermal drift of ?10% Sr and offer a repeat accuracy of 5%.
Additional features include short-circuit protection with auto-reset, overvoltage protection, and LED indicators for status output. The sensors are resistant to external light interference, withstanding up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. They are also compliant with EMC standards EN 60947-5-2 and have been tested for shocks and vibrations according to IEC standards.
