The Datasensing MS4/00-0E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 200mm, these sensors are ideal for short-distance applications. The MS4/00-0E model is equipped with a robust plastic housing and an M12 connector, ensuring durability and ease of installation.
These sensors offer a wide range of models, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, catering to various industrial needs. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while the retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced accuracy. Additionally, right-angle optic models (MP) and background suppression models with fixed distance are available.
The MS4/00-0E sensors are designed with complete protection against electrical damage, featuring short-circuit protection with auto-reset and overvoltage protection. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensors have a switching frequency of 80Hz and a response time of 6.25ms, ensuring quick and efficient performance.
With an axial optic position and selectable NO/NC output function, these sensors provide flexibility in various applications. The LED indicators offer clear status output, and the sensors are protected against impulsive overvoltage and external light interference up to 3000lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000lux (sunlight).
Constructed with a PBT/PC plug housing and PMMA active head material, the sensors are lightweight at 30g and have a compact dimension of M18 x 1 /L =93mm. They are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C without freezing and are approved with CE cURus certifications, ensuring compliance with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2. The sensors also meet vibration and shock standards IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27, respectively, and offer IP67 mechanical protection for reliable performance in harsh environments.
