The Datasensing MSD/00-1K Sensors are high-performance photoelectric sensor receivers designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 32 meters, these sensors are ideal for various industrial applications. They feature a robust nickel-plated brass housing with a PC plug, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. The M18 diameter and axial optic position make them versatile for different setups.
These sensors offer selectable NPN/PNP output types with NO/NC functionality, providing flexibility in integration. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ? 25mA and a load current capacity of ?100mA. The sensors are equipped with red LED indicators for status output, ensuring easy monitoring.
Engineered for reliability, the MSD/00-1K sensors have a repeat accuracy of 5% and a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr. They are protected against short circuits, overvoltage, and impulsive overvoltage, with a high resistance to external light interference up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight.
The sensors are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards, with an IP67 mechanical protection rating, making them suitable for demanding environments. They come with M12 plug connections at a 90° angle and are supplied with M18 x 1 nuts for easy installation.
