The Datasensing MSP/00-1A Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These sensors feature a polarized function principle with a nominal sensing distance of 3.5 meters, ensuring accurate detection even in challenging environments. The robust construction includes a nickel-plated brass housing and PMMA active head material, providing durability and resistance to harsh conditions. With a wide range of models available, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, these sensors offer versatility for different sensing needs. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced performance. Additionally, right-angle optic models (MP) and background suppression models with fixed distance are available to suit specific application requirements. The MSP/00-1A Sensors are equipped with a Decout NPN/PNP selectable output type and NO/NC selectable output function, allowing for flexible integration into existing systems. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensors feature a high switching frequency of 80Hz and a rapid response time of 6.25ms, ensuring quick and reliable operation. Designed with complete protection against electrical damage, these sensors include short-circuit protection with auto-reset, overvoltage protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The IP67 degree of protection ensures resistance to dust and water, making them suitable for demanding environments. The sensors are also EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2 standards and have been approved with CE and cURus certifications. Additional features include LED indicators for status output, a time delay before availability of ?200ms, and the ability to withstand interference from external light sources up to 3000lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000lux (sunlight). The sensors come with supplied accessories, including M18 x 1 nuts, and are designed to operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C without freezing. Overall, the Datasensing MSP/00-1A Sensors provide a reliable and efficient solution for various industrial sensing applications, offering high performance, durability, and ease of integration.
