The Datasensing MV4/A0-0K Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise detection with a nominal sensing distance of 200mm. Utilizing a diffuse reflection principle, these sensors are optimized for short-distance applications and feature a robust M18 housing with a PBT/PC plug at a 90° angle. The sensors operate efficiently within a wide voltage range of 20 to 253VAC at 50-60Hz, with a no-load supply current of ? 30mARMS and a load current capacity of 5 to 300mARMS.
Equipped with a TRIAC NO output type, the sensors ensure reliable performance with a switching frequency of 25Hz and a response time of 20ms. The output voltage drop is minimal at ?3V when the load current is at 300mARMS, and the sensors can handle a maximum ripple content of ?10%. The red LED indicator provides clear status output, while the sensors are designed to withstand interference from external light sources up to 3,000 lux from incandescent lamps and 10,000 lux from sunlight.
Constructed with a PMMA active head material and offering mechanical protection rated at IP67, these sensors are built to endure harsh environments with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are CE and cURus approved, ensuring compliance with international standards, and are compatible with EMC standard EN 60947-5-2. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts, the sensors are easy to install and maintain, making them an ideal choice for industrial applications requiring high accuracy and reliability.
