The Datasensing P22C 600-000 CM is a high-performance smart camera designed for industrial applications, offering exceptional image quality and versatility. Equipped with a 1920x1080 resolution imager, this camera captures detailed color images at 60 frames per second, utilizing a 1/2.8" CMOS sensor. The P22C features a C-Mount lens system, allowing for customizable lens options including micro-video lenses (6, 8, 12.5, and 17.5mm) or standard C-Mount lenses.
This smart camera is engineered for durability and reliability, with an IP65/67 rating ensuring protection against dust and water ingress. It operates efficiently in a wide temperature range from -10 to 50 °C (14 to 122 °F), making it suitable for various industrial environments. The robust aluminum housing and plastic front head provide additional protection against shocks and vibrations, adhering to EN 60068 standards.
The P22C is powered by the IMPACT software suite, offering over 100 inspection tools and the capability to run advanced Datalogic algorithms with add-on licenses. It features innovative 360° software-configurable visual feedback, enhancing user interaction and system integration.
For optimal illumination, the camera includes two embedded illuminator sizes: a compact 14-LED and a high-power 36-LED, both integrating TIR lenses for maximum brightness. These illuminators are available in three colors: white, blue, and red, to suit different application needs.
Connectivity is seamless with support for EtherNet/IP, Profinet, and Modbus TCP, alongside a 1000 Mbit/s Ethernet network interface and a RS-232 serial port. The camera's I/O capabilities include 2 inputs and 3 outputs, with power requirements of 24 ± 10% VDC.
With a compact design, the P22C measures 109 x 54 x 56 mm for the 14-LED illuminator and 116 x 126 x 70 mm for the 36-LED version, making it easy to integrate into existing systems.
