The Datasensing PFK1/AN-4H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an M18 unshielded inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 12mm and an operating range of 0 to 9.7mm. Housed in robust AISI 316L stainless steel, these sensors are equipped with a yellow LED status indicator and offer IP67, IP68, and IP69K protection degrees, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments. The sensors are compatible with ATEX models, category 3, available upon request, and provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. With a standard target size of 36x36mm FE360 and a correction factor for various metals, these sensors are versatile for different applications. They operate with a switching frequency of 1.5kHz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors are designed for no-flush mounting and feature an NPN output type with a normally open (NO) function. They are capable of handling a load current of up to 200mA with a minimal output voltage drop. The PFK1/AN-4H Sensors are engineered to withstand extreme temperatures, from -40°C to +80°C, with short exposure tolerance up to 100°C during cleaning processes. They are EMC compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards and have been tested for vibration and shock resistance according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27, respectively.
