Datasensing PFK1/BP-4H Sensors

The Datasensing PFK1/BP-4H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an M18 unshielded inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 12mm and an operating range of 0 to 9.7mm. Encased in robust AISI 316L stainless steel, these sensors are equipped with a yellow LED status indicator and offer IP67, IP68, and IP69K protection degrees, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments. The sensors are compatible with ATEX models, category 3, upon request, and provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. With a PNP output type and NO + NC output function, these sensors operate at a switching frequency of 1.5kHz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They are designed to handle a load current of up to 200mA with a minimal output voltage drop of ? 2V at 200mA. The sensors feature a no-load supply current of ? 15mA and a leakage current of ? 10?A, ensuring energy efficiency. The M18 standard no-flush mount design, along with a PPS active head material, provides a reliable proximity function. The sensors are equipped with a time delay before availability of ? 50ms and offer a repeat accuracy of < 5% at UB 24V Ta=23°C ±5°C. They are capable of withstanding thermal drift of Sr < 10% and have a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%. These sensors are EMC compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards and are approved by CE, cULus, ECOLAB, and DIVERSY. They are designed to endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. The sensors come with supplied accessories, including two M18x1 nuts, and are suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C, with short exposure tolerance up to 100°C during cleaning processes. The M12 plug connection ensures easy installation and maintenance.
