The Datasensing PFK1/AN-1H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an M18 standard flush mount with a robust AISI 316L stainless steel housing. These inductive sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 5mm and an operating range of 0 to 4.05mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED status indicator for easy monitoring and provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
With a switching frequency of 1.5kHz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors ensure reliable performance. They are designed to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67, IP68, and IP69K protection degrees, and are suitable for temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C, with short exposure tolerance up to 100°C during cleaning processes. The sensors are compatible with ATEX models, category 3, available upon request, and are approved by CE, cULus, ECOLAB, and DIVERSY.
The PFK1/AN-1H Sensors come with an M12 plug connection and include two M18x1 nuts for secure installation. Their compact dimensions (M18 x 1 / L = 63.1mm) and lightweight design (55g) make them easy to integrate into existing systems. With a high degree of mechanical protection and EMC compatibility, these sensors are built to endure shocks and vibrations, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
