The Datasensing PFK1/AP-2H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an AISI 316L stainless steel housing that ensures robust performance in demanding environments. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating range of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for proximity detection. The LED status indicator provides clear visibility of the output state, while the IP67, IP68, and IP69K protection degrees guarantee resistance against dust and water ingress. These sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The PFK1/AP-2H models are available in both standard and long-distance versions, with ATEX category 3 models available upon request for hazardous environments. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 15mA and a load current of ? 200mA. They feature a PNP output type with a normally open (NO) function and a switching frequency of 1.5kHz. The M18 standard no-flush mount design, along with the unshielded mounting, ensures easy installation and reliable performance. Constructed with a PPS active head material and an M12 plug connection, the sensors are built to withstand operating temperatures from -40°C to +80°C, with short exposure tolerance up to 100°C during cleaning processes.
