The Datasensing PFK1/AP-3H Sensors are designed with a robust AISI 316L stainless steel housing, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. These inductive sensors feature a yellow LED status indicator for easy monitoring and boast an impressive protection degree of IP67, IP68, and IP69K, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. They offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and NO output function, with a switching frequency of 1.5kHz, ensuring reliable performance. The M18 standard flush mount design, along with a compact size of M18 x 1 / L = 63.1mm, allows for easy installation. Operating efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors have a low no-load supply current of ? 15mA and can handle a load current of up to 200mA. The sensors are compatible with various materials, offering correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
