The Datasensing PFK1/BN-2H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an M18 unshielded standard with NO+NC/NPN connection and M12 plug. Encased in robust AISI 316L stainless steel, these sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages and are suitable for harsh environments with IP67, IP68, and IP69K protection degrees. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED status indicator for easy monitoring and are available in both standard and long-distance models.
With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating range of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for proximity functions. They feature a high switching frequency of 1.5kHz and operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors are designed to handle a load current of up to 200mA, with a minimal output voltage drop of ? 2V at 200mA.
Engineered for reliability, the PFK1/BN-2H Sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads. They are built to withstand extreme temperatures from -40°C to +80°C, with short exposure tolerance up to 100°C during cleaning processes.
The sensors are CE, cULus, ECOLAB, and DIVERSY approved, ensuring compliance with international standards. They come with two M18x1 nuts for secure mounting and are compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 for EMC compatibility.
