The Datasensing PFM1/AP-2H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an M12 unshielded standard with NO/PNP connection. Encased in robust AISI 316L stainless steel, these sensors offer exceptional protection with IP67, IP68, and IP69K ratings, making them suitable for harsh environments. The LED status indicator provides clear operational feedback, while the sensor's ATEX models cater to specific safety requirements upon request. With a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.24mm, these sensors are optimized for standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. They exhibit a correction factor of 0.33 for copper, 0.40 for aluminum, 0.50 for brass, and 0.80 for stainless steel, ensuring reliable performance across various materials. The thermal drift of Sr is maintained below 10%, and repeat accuracy is within 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The PFM1/AP-2H Sensors operate with a switching frequency of 2kHz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They are engineered for efficiency with a no-load supply current of ? 15mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection, ensuring longevity and reliability. Designed for easy installation, the sensors come with an M12 plug connection and are supplied with two M12x1 nuts. They are built to withstand extreme temperatures from -40°C to +80°C, with short exposure tolerance up to 100°C during cleaning processes. The sensors are CE, cULus, ECOLAB, and DIVERSEY approved, and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. They are also tested for vibration and shock resistance according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, respectively.
