The Datasensing PFM1/BP-1H Sensors are designed with a robust AISI 316L stainless steel housing, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. These inductive sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, making them ideal for precise proximity detection. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED status indicator for easy monitoring and offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
With a switching frequency of 2kHz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors are versatile for various applications. They support both NO and NC output functions with a PNP output type, ensuring reliable performance. The sensors are designed to withstand extreme temperatures, operating from -40°C to +80°C, with short exposure capability up to 100°C during cleaning processes.
The PFM1/BP-1H Sensors are IP67, IP68, and IP69K rated, providing excellent protection against dust and water ingress. They are also ATEX models, category 3, available upon request for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The sensors come with an M12 plug connection and are supplied with two M12x1 nuts for secure mounting. With CE, cULus, ECOLAB, and DIVERSEY approvals, these sensors meet high standards of safety and reliability.
