The Datasensing PK3/00-2A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 unshielded cable with a 2m axial connection, these sensors offer a wide range of models including standard, long distance, and DECOUT® output options. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, they are ideal for proximity functions. The sensors are equipped with a 4-wire output type (NPN/PNP) and provide both NO and NC output functions. They operate at a switching frequency of 300Hz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc.
Built with durability in mind, the sensors feature a nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head material, ensuring robust performance in various environments. They are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads. The sensors are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and are rated with an IP67 degree of protection, making them suitable for challenging industrial applications.
Additional features include a yellow LED output state indicator, a time delay before availability of ?100ms, and a mechanical protection rating of IP67. The sensors come with supplied accessories, including two M18x1 nuts, and are compliant with CE and EMC standards (IEC 60947-5-2).
