The Datasensing PMS/0P-1H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an innovative double enclosure housing that ensures resistance to cutting oils and immersion proof sealing with IP67/68 protection. These inductive sensors are ideal for machine tools, offering high-frequency switching and a complementary output of NO+NC with an M12 plug cable exit. The sensors are equipped with a visible LED indicator for easy status monitoring and provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, these sensors are optimized for standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. They offer a correction factor for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, ensuring accurate performance across different applications. The sensors maintain a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C, with a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%. Operating at a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, the sensors have a no-load supply current of ? 15mA and a load current of ? 100mA, with a leakage current of ? 10?A and an output voltage drop of ? 2V at 100mA. They are designed for shielded mounting with a nickel-plated brass housing and PPS active head material, ensuring robustness and reliability. The sensors are CE approved and EMC compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and they withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with two M12x1 nuts, these sensors are ready for installation in demanding environments, operating efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C.
