Datasensing PMW/0P-2HAN Sensors

The Datasensing PMW/0P-2HAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in industrial environments. Featuring an M12 unshielded PNP connection, these sensors are constructed from durable AISI303 stainless steel, ensuring robust performance and longevity. They are certified for use in hazardous areas with approvals for II 3G Ex nA IIC T5 and II 3D Ex tD A22, offering protection up to IP67 and a temperature rating of T90°C. With a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.24mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. They offer excellent correction factors for various materials, including copper (0.34), aluminium (0.41), brass (0.51), and stainless steel (0.88). The sensors maintain high accuracy with a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The PMW/0P-2HAN sensors feature a proximity function with both NO and NC output types, supporting a switching frequency of 2kHz. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 15mA and a load current of ? 100mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, and they include essential protections such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. Designed for easy installation, these sensors come with an M12 plug connection and are supplied with two M12x1 nuts. They are built to withstand harsh conditions, withstanding shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards, and operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The mechanical protection rating of IP67 ensures they are dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion in water, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
