Datasensing Q50IS/B0-0A Sensors

The Datasensing Q50IS/B0-0A Sensors are universal photoelectric sensors designed for high performance and versatility. With a compact 50x50mm cubic design, these sensors offer a wide range of optical functions, including diffuse sensing up to 2 meters, background suppression at 500mm, polarized sensing up to 6 meters, and through beam sensing up to 20 meters. The sensors feature a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment and an axial optic position, ensuring precise detection. Equipped with NPN/PNP selectable NO+NC output types, these sensors provide reliable switching with a frequency of 500Hz and a rapid response time of 1ms. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?200mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ?2.5V@Iload=200mA, and the sensors are protected against short-circuits and reverse polarity. The Q50IS/B0-0A Sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an IP67 degree of protection and EMC compatibility according to EN 60947-5-2 standards. They are resistant to shocks and vibrations, adhering to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-62 standards. The housing is made from durable PC/ABS material, and the active head is constructed from PMMA. Operating efficiently in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +60°C, these sensors are supplied with a 2m PVC cable and a mounting bracket for easy installation.
