Datasensing QMIG/0P-0A Sensors

The Datasensing QMIG/0P-0A Sensors are advanced miniature cubic photoelectric sensors designed for high-performance detection with a long sensing distance of up to 1 meter. These sensors are equipped with a 2 kHz switching frequency and feature background suppression with mechanical adjustment, making them ideal for a wide range of applications. They are particularly effective for detecting transparent objects, thanks to their polarized reflective capabilities. The sensors offer selectable LO/DO output states and are available with either a cable or M8 plug exit, as well as an M8-M12 pig-tail option. Built to withstand harsh environments, the QMIG/0P-0A Sensors are completely filled with resin (except for background suppression models) to provide complete protection against electrical damages. They feature a robust PA66 housing and PMMA active head material, ensuring durability and reliability. With a compact size of 31.2x21x13mm and a weight of just 52g, these sensors are easy to integrate into various systems. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC and have a low no-load supply current of ? 30mA. They are equipped with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring safe and stable operation. The sensors can withstand interference from external light sources, with a tolerance of up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. With a response time of just 250µs and a repeat accuracy of 5%, the QMIG/0P-0A Sensors deliver precise and reliable performance. They are CE and cULus approved, and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2. The sensors are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and are protected against shocks and vibrations according to IEC standards. With an IP67 degree of protection, these sensors are suitable for use in demanding industrial environments.
