The Datasensing QMRN/0N-0APT Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 5 meters with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using a trimmer, and the sensors operate on a polarized function principle. They are equipped with a radial 90° optic position and an NPN L/D selectable output type, allowing for versatile application. With a switching frequency of 2kHz and a rapid response time of 250µs, these sensors ensure quick and accurate detection. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ?2V@Iload=100mA, and the sensors are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage. The housing is made from durable PA66 material, with an active head crafted from PMMA, ensuring robust performance in various environments. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for status output (yellow) and stability (green), and they can withstand external light interference up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. Designed to meet high standards, these sensors are CE cULus approved and comply with EMC compatibility EN 60947-5-2. They are built to endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards, with an IP67 mechanical protection rating. The compact dimensions of 31.2x21x13mm make them suitable for tight spaces, and they can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C without freezing. The sensors come with a 2m PVC cable connection and are designed for easy installation with a tightening torque of 1Nm.
