Datasensing QMRN/0P-0A Sensors

The Datasensing QMRN/0P-0A Sensors are compact, high-performance photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 5 meters, these sensors feature a polarized function principle and a radial 90° optic position, ensuring accurate detection even in challenging environments. The sensors offer a PNP output type with L/D selectable output function, allowing for versatile application use. Equipped with a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment, the QMRN/0P-0A Sensors maintain a repeat accuracy of 5% and a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr. They operate efficiently with a switching frequency of 2kHz and a response time of just 250µs. The sensors are powered by an operating voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA. Designed for durability, the sensors feature a robust PA66 housing and PMMA active head material, with an IP67 mechanical protection rating. They are equipped with LED indicators for status output and stability, and offer protection against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage. The sensors are resistant to external light interference, withstanding up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. With a compact cubic design measuring 31.2x21x13mm, these sensors are easy to install and integrate into various systems. They are approved by CE and cULus, and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2. The QMRN/0P-0A Sensors are built to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards, and operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
